Cu o solida experienta in domeniul cofetariei ca si Pastry Chef la Zexe cofeturi, Mircea Banu vine cu un concept propriu DESERTOLOGIE – FUNDAMENTALS OF PASTRY in cadrul programului de formare profesionala cofetar/patiser la Horeca School .  Absolvent al University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest , blogger si proprietar la Desertologie , Mircea ne invata in stil propriu despre notiuni fundamentale in cofetarie modul practic si teoretic.
