    Programul Horeca School pentru calificare in meseria de cofetar se desfasoara pe parcursul a 20 de saptamani si pune accent pe ateliere practice sustinute in laboratorul scolii, precum si in cadrul stagiilor de practica in laboratoarele unor locatii exclusiviste sub indrumarea unor cofetari de renume ai Romaniei, precum si internationali.
